Hi! I'm JohnMark and I love stories. I’ve spent my personal life chasing them across forty countries documenting them with a fountain pen and camera lens.

A lot of thought leaders and agencies will tell you the best brands are the ones facilitating conversation; I’d disagree. Personally and professionally, I’ve found the most successful creatives, influencers, and brands are the ones who position themselves and their organizations in a posture of invitation. They create content others see themselves within—stories their followers and customers feel invited into… a story they can’t help but share.

I love sharing my adventures, places I've explored, and interesting people along the way but those are just one aspect of my story. The world feels really divisive which is why I'm personally passionate about fostering solidarity around our shared fears, doubts, and insecurities. I think we connect more deeply when we connect from the heart which is why my "personal" blog is where you'll find vulnerable musings about growing up.

I believe the best way to learn about yourself is on the road! I've been able to travel to forty countries on five continents and there's still so much of the world I want to see. On my adventures I've realized travel doesn't have to be as expensive as you think. My goal is to make travel more accessible, so keep reading to find tips and tricks alongside city guides here.
